1. Scope

1.1 This standard specifies the qualifications of personnel driving and operating tractors, as well as the safety operation requirements for tractors during operation, operation, and maintenance.

1.2 This standard is applicable to tractor drivers and operators, as well as auxiliary workers driving and operating tractors. It is also applicable to the safety supervision and management of tractors by agricultural machinery safety supervision institutions at or above the county level.

2. Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

2.1 Tractor

The tractor referred to in this standard refers to self-propelled power machinery used for towing, pushing, carrying, and/or driving supporting machinery for operation, including wheeled tractors, tracked tractors, walking tractors, and tractor transport units.

2.2 Tractor driver and operator

The person responsible for driving and operating the tractor.

2.3 Tractor auxiliary operators.

Except for the tractor driver and operator, other personnel responsible for auxiliary operations such as operation guidance and attachment of tools.

2.4 Tractor operators

The general term for tractor drivers, operators, and auxiliary workers

3. Job qualifications

3.1 Operating personnel

3.1.1 Tractor operators should undergo skill training and safety education organized by production, sales, or relevant competent departments.

3.1.2 Tractor drivers and operators should obtain the corresponding tractor driver's license issued by the agricultural machinery safety supervision agency. The driver's license should be within its validity period.

4. Working tractor

4.1 Tractors should register with the agricultural machinery safety supervision agency in accordance with regulations, obtain tractor registration plates and driving licenses, hang the license plates according to regulations, and carry the driving license with them.

4.2 Tractors with license plates and driving licenses should participate in regular inspections as required and pass the inspection.

5. Preparation before homework

5.1 Operating personnel

5.1.1 You should carefully read the product manual and be familiar with the meaning of safety precautions and safety warning signs.

Before the tractor is put into operation, it should be inspected and maintained according to the user manual to ensure that the mechanical technology is in good condition and complies with the provisions of GB16151.1

5.1.3 Clothing must not interfere with driving operations, the buttons must be fastened tightly, barefoot or slippers are not allowed, and female drivers should not expose their arguments.

5.1.4 Before operation, the road and work site should be surveyed, obstacles should be removed, and if necessary, clear signs should be set up at obstacles and dangerous places

5.1.5 Non operating personnel should not enter the work area.

5.2 Prohibited behavior of driving operators.

5.2.1 Tractors whose driving operations do not comply with the provisions of the driver's license;

5.2.2 Tractors whose driving operations have not been inspected according to regulations or have failed the inspection;

5.2.3 Tractors that have not been registered, inspected, or failed to pass the inspection in accordance with regulations during driving operations:

5.2.5 Carrying minors under the age of sixteen to work on the computer:
